Camera-Ready Instruction

Authors of accepted papers should read the following pertaining to the publication process of their SeCoP contribution.

Your manuscript must be revised according to the review comments, edited according to the Springer LNCS format and submitted together with the Springer copyright form by

March 4, 2020.

This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

After revising your manuscript according the reviewers comments, please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account, at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=secop2020.

In EasyChair you could upload your paper submitted to SeCoP 2020 as "author". In order to contribute to the proceedings, after the login you must change your role as:

  • Proceedings author (Proceedings)

Then you can click/choose the ID of (one of) your accepted paper(s) (top left). Then, in the RIGHT menu you can choose an operation. The relevant one is:

  • Upload new version

Of course you can upload newer versions if any change occurs.

Please, follow the instructions for uploading the following files:

(a) Either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources (including possible images, BIB files, and so on) or a Word file in DOC, DOCX, or RTF format.

(b) PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

(c) The copyright form.

The PAGE LIMIT is strict and is defined as follows:

  • A regular paper is limited to 16 pages.
  • A short paper is limited to 8 pages.
